change /opt/novell/filr/apache-tomcat/webapps/ssf/WEB-INF/classes/config/ssf.properties

number.of.attempts.to.show.captcha=15

add to /opt/novell/filr/apache-tomcat/webapps/ssf/WEB-INF/classes/config/ssf-ext.properties for update persistence
